Our Vision


We aim to provide the highest quality, specialist support for people with autism and complex needs, which recognises the value and strengths of every single person.
We will do this by:

  •  Getting to know each person and what their autism looks like in order to work in a truly

        person centred and autism-friendly way

  •  Providing innovative person-centred support using a strengths-based approach

  •  Providing outstanding living and working environments that promote health, well-being and

       security

  •  Providing specialist learning and development pathways for our staff members, that

       promotes life-long learning and reflective practice

  •  Driving a positive culture of kindness, openness , honesty and values
